We have the answer for you here! We know that education and feeling prepared is so important to having the birth that you desire, and coming into the postpartum period content in your experience and sure of your capabilities as a parent!

We have two courses available that are completely online, virtual, work-at-your-own-pace.

We have our Full Prenatal Class, Pregnancy to Parenthood. This is the same class that we offer in our live classes, just in a webinar style platform so you can do it in your own time.

This class consists of 9 videos that cover pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period. We discuss normals and variations of all those periods of your perinatal journey. We also cover life with your newborn, how to care for them, including feeding and sleep! In this class you will gain the knowledge you need to go into your birth and 4th trimester feeling empowered.

Our Pregnant and a Parent Prenatal Refresher course is for those of you that already have some birth and parenting knowledge but also feel like you want to brush up on your education, to enter this next phase of your life empowered and feeling strong.

In this course, we offer 3 videos, to refresh yourself on how to manage through your 3rd trimester, how to enter labour and birth feeling strong, safe, and empowered, and how to begin parenthood with your new little one. We include education on overcoming previous birth trauma, introducing your older children to your new baby, and managing now as a parent of multiple children.
