Winter Root & Grow Drop-in Sessions

Service Description

Join us for our drop-in parenting group, Root & Grow, led by Taylor, a Registered Social Worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Bring your baby and build your community while you grow into this wild ride we call parenthood. This drop in session is great for those who are pregnant and due in the winter and for those with babies and young children looking to connect with others navigating this while ride we call parenthood! Feel safe to share and connect with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment. Come and build your support network while receiving tools and support to manage your mental wellbeing. This session will be held at the Cathedral Village Community Association, 2900 13th Ave, Regina. As this is a drop-in session, you don't need to sign up, and can join last minute! If you would like to sign-up ahead of time that helps us know our numbers :-) NOTE: We are able to offer this group completely FREE due to funding from Flora's Walk Regina.
